At Sleeves Studios, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Each order is carefully processed, packed, and shipped to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
Processing Time
All orders received by 12:30 PM Eastern Time (local time in Atlanta, GA) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is between 3–5 business days after processing. Business days do not include, Saturdays, sundays or public holidays.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times stated on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sleeves Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once products are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped directly to your door via trusted courier services. In some cases, shipments may be delivered to the nearest pickup point if home delivery is not possible.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping Fees
We currently offer one shipping method — Standard Shipping (3–5 business days). The flat rate for this service is $12, which may change in the future at the company’s discretion and without prior notice. Orders totaling $180 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.

We reserve the right to limit or decline address changes once an order has been placed, and to ship only to the address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
