Refund policy

We have a 14-day return / refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (for a size exchange, a product exchange) or a refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the original packing slip that was included with your order.

How to Start a Return or Refund Request

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with full instructions for sending the item back to us.

Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded when the return is processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

Custom-made or personalized products
Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note: gift cards are non-refundable.

Return, Exchange & Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your request has been approved - whether for a refund, a size exchange, or a product exchange.

If your request is approved for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
